Questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 3 months with everything switched on, including leagues and the AI assistant (50 questions a month). No card needed. Choose a plan whenever you like; we remind you 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before the trial ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
No. Your club's site works in any phone browser, and members can add it to their home screen to get notifications like an app. On the Club and Academy plans, members will also be able to use the Club10 app for Android and iPhone (coming soon).
Do you take a share of our bookings?
No. You pay your plan and that's it. Card payments go to your club's own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates, and the money is paid out to your bank by Stripe.
Can we change plans or cancel?
Yes, at any time from the Billing page. Moving up or down is adjusted on your next invoice. Cancelling stops the plan at the end of the period you've paid for.
What counts as a court?
Every court you take bookings on. Starter covers 9, Club 19 and Academy 49 across all your clubs, then $5 a month for each extra court.
What can the AI assistant see and do?
It answers questions about your club using only what the person asking is allowed to see, and prepares bookings, cancellations, message drafts and shifts for them to confirm. It never changes anything on its own or handles money. It's powered by Claude from Anthropic, and conversations are private to each staff member.
What if we run out of AI questions?
Buy 500 more for $29 or 1,500 more for $79 from the Billing page. Extra questions don't expire.
Can we bring our members from our current system?
Yes. Import your people from a spreadsheet, check the columns, and invite them to create their accounts. Book a demo and we'll help you move over.
Do our members need to download an app?

Which sports and languages?
Padel, tennis, pickleball and other court sports. Everything works in English and Spanish, and each person chooses their language.
Which card readers work at the desk?
Stripe Terminal readers, such as the BBPOS WisePOS E and Stripe Reader S700. You buy them from Stripe and pair them in Club10.
