Privacy policy

Draft for legal review. Not yet in force.
This policy explains how ABI GROUP LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Club10", "we") handles personal data. It covers two roles: the data of clubs and visitors to our own website, where we decide how it's used (we are the controller), and the data clubs keep about their members and staff in Club10, where we act for the club (we are the processor) and the club's own privacy notice applies.
Data we collect
- Account details: the name, email address and password of people who sign in.
- Club and billing details: the club's name, web address, plan, and billing records from Stripe. We never see full card numbers.
- Demo requests: what you enter in the Book a demo form.
- Usage and device data: sign-in times, pages used, browser and device type, IP address, and error logs, used for security and to keep the service running.
- Push notification subscriptions, if you allow notifications on a device.
For clubs, Club10 also stores what the club enters or its members provide: names, contact details, bookings, payments, memberships, lessons, staff schedules and messages. The club decides what to collect.
How we use it
- To provide the service: sign-in, bookings, payments, emails and notifications.
- To bill clubs for their plan.
- To answer demo requests and support questions.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
The AI assistant
When a club's staff use the assistant, their question and the club data needed to answer it are sent to Anthropic to generate the answer. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through its API isn't used to train its models by default. Each person's conversations are visible only to them in Club10.
When a club moves its data to Club10, the files are read in the club's own browser. To work out what each file contains, its column names and up to 15 sample rows (which can include members' names and contact details) are sent to Anthropic, together with the club's description of itself. The full files are not sent to Anthropic.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run Club10; they are listed on our Subprocessors page and may only use data to provide their service to us. We may also share data when the law requires it, or with a buyer if Club10 is sold, under the same protections.
How long we keep it
We keep account and club data while the account is open, and delete it within [90] days after it's closed, except billing records we must keep for tax purposes (usually 7 years). Security logs are kept for up to [12 months].
Deleting your account
You can delete your Club10 account yourself, in Account on a club's website or in Profile in the member app, once nothing is still open with a club: no money owed or credit left on a club account, no unpaid shares, no bookings, event places, league entries, memberships or monthly programs still running, no lesson package with lessons left, and no staff role. The page lists anything that needs sorting out first.
Deleting removes your sign-in, your name, email and phone number, your levels, your notification devices and your settings. Each club you belonged to keeps the records of your past bookings, payments and receipts, which the club must keep for its accounts and taxes, but they are no longer linked to you: they show as "Deleted member". Any card saved with a club through Stripe is removed. These records are kept for [the period the club's accounting and tax rules require, usually 7 years] and then deleted.
Deleting an account can't be undone. If you only want to leave one club, ask that club instead.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how it's used. Email [email protected]. If you're a member of a club, contact your club first: it controls that data, and we'll help it respond.
If you're in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each club's data is separated by access rules in the database, staff see only what their role allows, and card payments are handled by Stripe.
Children
Club10 is for businesses. Clubs may keep records about junior players, provided by a parent or guardian; the club is responsible for that consent.
