It looks things up
The schedule, free courts, people, unpaid shares, money, events, the rota and shop sales.
It prepares, you confirm
Bookings, cancellations, message drafts and shifts appear as a card with Confirm and Don't do it.
It sees what you see
A coach's assistant sees what a coach can see; the owner's sees what the owner can.
It stays out of money
It never takes payments, issues refunds or changes memberships, and never sends email itself.
Private by default
Each person's conversations are private to them. The assistant is powered by Claude from Anthropic through its API; by default Anthropic doesn't use data sent through its API to train its models. Owners can switch the assistant off for the club at any time.
Included in every plan
Starter includes 50 questions a month, Club 500 and Academy 1,500. Extra questions cost $29 for 500 or $79 for 1,500. The free trial includes 50 a month.
